CrossOver Series

CrossOver - General-Purpose Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) System

CrossOver is a general-purpose series of GPR-systems, in three different housings and with 6 separate frequencies in the range 70- to 800MHz. It is designed for the professional-geo community. It may be pulled or pushed in dedicated carts, by hand or by means of vehicles, at any speeds. Each system comes as a true-dual frequency antenna with inbuilt control electronics and GPS-modules. The systems are controlled via Android-pads over a wireless link. It is based on real-time-technology which gives excellent depth penetration and bandwidth. Low power consumption gives 7 hours operational time, on one battery.

CrossOver - Dual-Channel Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) Antenna

It incorporates two channels with ultra-wide band frequencies centred around 400 MHz and 800 MHz. Inbuilt GPS-unit. The simple choice for both novices and experts. The best general-purpose antenna to cover a wide-range of GPR applications. The CO4080 offers excellent resolution for shallow to medium depth investigations.

Crossover - Dual-Channel Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) Antenna

It incorporates two channels with ultra-wide band frequencies centred around 170 MHz and 600 MHz. Inbuilt GPS-unit. The simple choice for both novices and experts. The best mid-range antenna to cover a wide-range of GPR applications. The CO1760 offers excellent resolution for medium to deep depth investigations.

Crossover - Dual-Channel Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) Antenna

It incorporates two channels with ultra-wide band frequencies centred around 70 MHz and 300 MHz. Inbuilt GPS-unit. The simple choice for both novices and experts. The best antenna for a wide-range of deep range GPR applications. The CO730 offers excellent resolution for deep investigations.

Raptor

Raptor - High Speed 3D Ground Penetrating Radar Array

Raptor is a state-of-the-art high-speed 3D-GPR Array enabling the very fast collection of 3D GPR data, at speeds in excess of 130 km/hr (80 miles/hour), @ 5 cm point intervals. Raptor is capable of survey speeds that eliminate the need for traffic control and safety vehicles. Conventional systems typically operate at no more than 30 km/hr, with similar settings. Raptor is arguably the best 3D GPR Array available today.

Antennas

450 MHz frequency. Raptor-45 has a center frequency of 450MHz. Arrays configured with Raptor 45-units are suitable for utility mapping, archaeological investigations and railway investigations, among other applications.

Antennas

800 MHz frequency. Raptor-80 has a center frequency of 800MHz and is hence suitable for applications where higher resolutions are needed, roadbed layers, concrete scanning etc.

Customized Solutions

Raptor - Adaptation for Deep Mapping

A customer successfully using Raptor-45 to depths averaging 4 m for sinkhole investigations, approached us to develop a bespoke solution that could penetrate to greater depths. The same customer was also happily using our CrossOver 1760 for regular 2D work and inquired if we could adapt Raptor to use the same low frequency of 170 MHz. The result is Raptor-17, which has enabled this customer to expand their business to include deeper 3D mapping services.

ImpulseRadar - Adaption for Concrete Investigations

A customer successfully using our products across several application areas, approached us to develop a bespoke solution specifically for deeper concrete investigations. This customer was aware of the depth penetration limitations of high-frequency GPR instruments traditionally used for concrete investigations. Since they specifically wanted to see deeper into a particular type of concrete structure and the need for road investigations, they inquired if we could adapt our antenna technology for use at 600 MHz and 800 MHz only. Due to the extreme working environment, additional requirements meant the antenna had to be wireless and include an internal battery, as well as meet several non-standard mechanical requirements.
