ImpulsTec - Batch Plants (Research)

The shock wave laboratory systems work as standard with a movable single or multi-electrode system. This makes it possible to adjust the electrode spacing in the fragmentation process individually. During operation, you can choose between working voltages between 30 and 50 kV and a pulse rate between 1 and 50 pulses per second. The pulse energy is adapted to the respective material requirements and thus allows a high flexibility of the stress intensity. The systems are equipped with enclosure for noise protection and shielding against electromagnetic interference (EMC protection). A monitored, multi-level security system ensures personal and system protection at all times.

ImpulsTec - Machine Area With Automatic Clamping And Lifting System

The fragmentation vessel can be automatically picked up from the trolley with a lifting system and transferred to the vessel cover. The exact positioning is continuously monitored by special sensors from the system control. Exact positioning is ensured and monitored by the system control with special sensors. A clamping device then presses the fragmentation vessel onto the cover and securely clamps it in the operating position. This automatic lifting and clamping device reduces manual work during operation to a minimum.

ImpulsTec - Plant Control With Integrated Process Control and Monitoring

An industrial control system (PLC) with touch-screen interface enables the individual setting of the fragmentation parameters depending on the material or separation requirements and the simple adjustment of the process parameters. No specialist qualifications of the operating personnel are required. The operator can independently store data records with fragmentation parameters for specific materials in the system control.

ImpulsTec - Continuous Shock Wave System (Industry)

The continuous shock wave systems are implemented as standard in a container construction. The continuously operating fragmentation vessel is arranged inside the container. This is equipped with a conveyor system for the material feed and a conveyor system for the removal of the treated material. The container is equipped with a special lining for noise protection and for shielding against electromagnetic interference (EMC protection).
