INDUSCO Environmental packed bed scrubbers are designed for applications requiring the removal of a wide range of various types of contaminants from various types of gas streams. Typical applications for contaminant removal include noxious or toxic fumes from all types of chemical process operations or odorous fumes from water/sewage treatment and compost facilities.

The INDUSCOEnvironmentalVenturi Scrubber is designed to remove particles, as small as 1 micron, from gas streams. Particulate removal is accomplished by contacting the particulate-laden gas stream with a scrubbing liquid, most commonly water.

Pre-Packaged Modular Scrubber systems are offered as a single or multi-stage units.  Each system is designed for the particular application and supplied with an integral liquid sump, liquid recycle pump (s), liquid recycle piping, valves, instruments and control panel.  The prepackaged unit provides simple plug and play design features to make the installation as quick and efficient as possible.  These type units are great for areas where installation space is a premium.  Unique features include the ability to incorporate multi-chemistries in separate liquid sumps for the best multi-stage scrubber system benefits. Packaged modular scrubbers can accommodate any of your scrubbing and absorption requirements.

Crossflow Scrubber moves contaminated air horizontally through a packed bed and the irrigation process flows down vertically through the packing media for a flexible and efficient removal of various types of contaminants from gas streams. Crossflow Scrubbers can be very effective especially when using a caustic solution to scrub an acid gas. When faced with space restrictions the horizontal design combined with lower pressure drops and higher capacities make the Crossflow Scrubber a desirable option.

Air Strippers or also known as Degasifier or Aerator; is an economical and effective means of removing contaminates such as hydrogen sulfide, VOC’s, PCE, TCE and many others.  These systems are typically used in groundwater, desalination, reverse osmosis, and contaminated water process applications.

INDUSCO Environmental sizes and selects the correct fan for each system application based on the unique conditions required.  The gas volume, temperature, density, static pressure, moisture, type gas stream, and process service environment are the items reviewed in making a determination for correct applications of industrial fans. INDUSCO supplies only the highest quality fans and blowers for use with all our air pollution control applications.  With airflow volumes from 20 cfm to over 100,000 cfm, system fans can be constructed from a variety of materials, including: carbon steel, stainless steel, high alloy type materials, and fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP).  All fans supplied are AMCA certified.

Chemical Storage Tanks for storage, process vessels for most products in a wide variety of applications. Tanks are designed and manufactured to exacting specifications, which allow us to provide the ideal tank for each application. Tanks can be constructed from fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polypropylene (PP), dual laminates or various metals. Chemical and process tanks are custom designed for each application and can be made to any size or shape.  Tanks can be as small as a few gallons to over 200,000 gallon field erected tanks.  Each tank is constructed based on the exact specifications for your particular need.  Tanks can be rectangular, round, vertical, horizontal, single wall, double wall, and can have flat, conical or dished bottoms with open or closed dome tops.

IES has provided many type stacks for some of the toughest applications and environments with units supplied to 160’ foot high in free standing design.
