For easy shipping and handling we also ship these bands in the form of steel strips which can later easily be converted to snap band using hollow rivet and half hollow rivets. Pulse Jet bags are cylindrical bags hanging vertically in a pulse jet dust collector bag house. The dust collects on the outer surface which is also called dust cake and is cleaned by a high velocity pulse of gas which is released in regular interval In order for gas to sustain the regular operation of Filtering and cleaning it`s very important to select the right fabric media and design to achieve maximum efficiency. Reverse air bag house, in this type of filtration system, the bags are hanged vertically and mounted on a thimble. Here the filtration is done from inner surface of the bag hence the cake is formed inside the bag which needs to be cleaned in regular interval. IFF offers RABH Bags in all major Fabrics and Finishes. We also offer different accessories associated with the RABH bags.

Shaker types bags, are commonly used where operation;/ process is not continuous. Here the filtration is performed by outer layer of bags, and cleaning is performed mechanically by shaking the bags.

Tubular or Cylindrical Design filter cages are most commonly used in Pulse Jet Bag Filter. The cage works as a support or skeleton for the bag so the filter bag does not stay shrunk during the cleaning operations. IFF Group is specialised in making these cages with precision.
