Access doors are made of 1.25 mm galvanised sheet metal, such that the inside is smooth and has a close fit.

Flanges are made in accordance with JKF’s standard, and are a standard component in the product range. Flanges are stock items in hot dip galvanised finish, but can be supplied either untreated or painted. Flanges in other dimensions or profiles are available to order.

Laser welded and longitudinally lock formed ducts are galvanised and made from 0.75 mm, 0.90 mm or 1.00 mm sheet metal (s). Ducts are also available in 1.25 mm sheet metal. Also available in other qualities and dimensions to order. Ducts of up to ø400 mm diameter are supplied as standard laser welded in lengths of 0.5 m, 1.0 m and 2.0 m. Other sizes from ø450 mm diameter are supplied as longitudinally lock formed ducts in standard lengths of 0.5 m, 1.0 m and 2.0 m.

Telescopic ducts are made from 0.75 mm and 0.90 mm galvanised sheet metal and supplied with rapid lock pull rings, incl. rubber seal.

Supplied with the same JKF assembly methods as duct systems. Jet caps from diameter ø700 - ø1000 mm are fitted with flanges as standard. Jet caps are fitted with an internal cone and drain hose for disposal of water. See next page for pressure loss curves.

Tapers are spot welded and made of 0.90 mm galvanised sheet metal. When assembling with wide pull rings [f.bb], rapid lock pull rings [f.lyn] and loose flanges [f.b.m.fl] length (L) is increased by 2 x 50 mm. State D- and d dimensions when ordering. Length L is stated in the table below. The difference between the larger and smaller diameter (D - d) is plotted on the vertical axis of the coordinate system. By following the line from this point to the intersection, the length (L) can be read at the corresponding point on the horizontal axis.

Sliding dampers are made of 1.25 and 1.50 mm galvanised sheet metal with a damper of 2.00 mm galvanised sheet metal.

Indusvent’s HIGH EFFICIENCY CYCLONES are suitable for operation with both positive and negative pressure dust extraction systems. Our proven design ensures low differential pressure and a high separation efficiency for many varied material types. There are 10 standard models in the range starting with model JA20 which is suitable for air volumes up to  1,000 m3/h. The largest in our standard range is model JA235 suitable for handling an air volume up to 50,000 m3/h. Additional options are available such as steelwork support legs, an access door with safety limit switch fitted to the cone hopper section of the cyclone. Interconnecting cyclone outlets and inlet ductwork and rotary valve dischargers.

Indusvent’s FULLY WELDED diverter valves are suitable for operation in both pressurised duct systems and also for directing free-falling material.

The explosion isolation valve is used in order to prevent an explosion in the extraction filter being able to travel back through the ducting to the production premises or machines. The explosion isolation valve is mounted on the duct section between the extraction system and the source of the dust. The explosion isolation valve stops explosions that occur in the opposite direction of the normal flow. This means that the explosion isolation valve is mounted on the inlet side on the dust separator, never on the outlet side.
