The Micro Diaphragm Single-Head Pump is a brushless DC motor-driven, single-head micro pump that handles liquids or gases. Its compact size allows it to be used in systems where size and weight are a factor. It can be used for vacuum, pressure, or alternating vacuum/pressure operations and in low fl ow applications. It handles a pressure range of 0 - 24+ PSIG, vacuum range of 0 - 20 in Hg, and has a maximum unrestricted flow range of 2.5 LPM.

The Micro Diaphragm Dual-Head Pump is a brushless DC motor-driven, dual-head micro pump for handling gases and liquids. One head can be used for low flow and one for high flow. Also, one head can be used for air and one for liquid. Each head can be configured for vacuum operation, pressure operation, or alternating vacuum and pressure operation. It handles a pressure range of 0 - 24 PSIG, vacuum range of 0 - 20 in Hg, and has a maximum unrestricted flow range of 5 LPM.

The Standard Dual Filter includes two polycarbonate hex bowls with a bracket mounting and is used typically in vacuum operations. It is rated at up to 100 psi. We can include any plumbing you would like.

The IR-741 Sample Conditioner is used for laboratory, industrial, and utilities applications. It features a built-in pump and a flow meter and provides the flow regulation required for accurate readings with any gas analyzer. A filter removes particulates and moderate amounts of water. This conditioner features inputs for two sample points as well as zero gas and calibration gas connections. The IR-741 is certified for NEMA 4 enclosures. This instrument is available for either corrosive or non-corrosive service and can be wall or desktop mounted.
