IPS - Model SPRAY Series - Plug-in Sensor for Inline Particle Monitoring

The SPRAY plug-in sensor is tailored for the inline monitoring of droplets, sprays, and minute particles in gases, compatible with various apparatus and wide pipework systems. It provides high-contrast and true-to-scale imagery even in environments with high gas velocities, allowing for precise particle detection concerning size and shape. The sensor delivers real-time data crucial for system control, with specifications that include double-sided flange DN80 process connections and a measuring range extending from 14 to 853 micrometers, depending on the model. With a relative error below 1%, it operates efficiently within a temperature range from 0 to 121°C and pressures from 0.1 to 4.0 bar. While not ATEX certified, EG1935/2004 compliance is available upon request. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the sensor supports the SOMA Workspace software, enabling comprehensive data analysis and control signal generation for dynamic process control.

The CRYSTAL flow sensor is a specialized tool designed for inline applications in pipes or narrow apparatus, particularly adept at monitoring particles such as crystals, bubbles, or droplets in liquids. It produces high-contrast, true-to-scale imaging for precise analysis and control. The sensor features a variable measuring gap that allows for accurate measurements without obstructing fluid flow, catering to a measuring range from 10 to 3,170 µm, depending on the model variant. Notable for its precision, the sensor operates within a relative error of less than 1%. Constructed from stainless steel, it withstands temperatures from -30°C to 100°C and pressures ranging from 1 to 5 bar. While the Crystal-EX-7 model holds ATEX certification, other models require requests for EG1935/2004 certification. The sensor is supported by SOMA Workspace software, enhancing functionality with real-time data processing, customizable system control, and detailed reporting. This combination facilitates dynamic process management, adaptable to varying production requirements.
