Isostatically pressed semi-finished products PTFE/TFM. Preformed presswork to promote weight. Transfer press work in PFA / PVDF.

Using customised transfer moulding techniques we are able to add corrosion resistant linings to your product.InnoMould can assist you in the development of the lining according to your design.

To reduce tooling costs for smaller production quantities we have the possibility to mould pre-shapes and apply secondary machining to avoid expensive slides or hydraulic cores in the tools. We have several machines available with clamping force from 12 ton up to 50 ton.
