IWS makes scheduling these changes easy with our Replacement Service. After subscribing, we will determine your filter needs and ship you replacement filters and/or UV replacement bulbs at regularly scheduled intervals in the mail. Let us remember your filter changes for you!

Replacing pipes or a pump due to freezing is something you want to avoid. We can help you avoid this situation. This service is intended for rainwater collection and graywater reuse systems. Before freezing weather sets in, we will decommission your system and once freezing weather forecasts have ceased, we will come back out to start up your system. If you use this service, any damage to your system due to freezing weather, will be repaired by IWS at no charge to you.
