Intelligent Analysis Service (IAS) products

IAS-3120 is a highly versatile NIR spectrometer capable of analyzing various sample forms like granular solids, powder, paste, and liquids. It can detect parameters such as moisture, protein, fat, ash, starch, and fiber within a short period of time. Feed and forage samples in ground or unground form can be evaluated to ensure consistent final product quality. Users have access to a rich set of existing calibrations and can also easily build their own calibration with our intuitive software tools and technical support.

IAS-Online S100 is used for continuous real time analysis. The instrument is installed on the production line to analyze the production status in real time to immediately provide feedback on the process control based on the data analysis of the samples. The full online sample analysis can provide feedback and optimize important parameters, reduce rework, and improve product consistency. It can easily be self checked and automatically calibrated periodically by an operator, thus maintaining reliable performance for long term operations.
