The Code Council’s Strategic Plan – The "Blueprint To 2015"
Thanks to the input from many Members, including Chapter leaders, and key industry stakeholders, ICC has developed a clear path forward that is rooted in our original mission while positioned to broaden our audience. The Blueprint 2015 contains reviews of the ICC vision and mission along with six goals around the following topics: Business Growth, Core Function, Customer Value, Policy and Thought Leadership, Social Responsibility/Visibility and Staffing. The entire ICC staff is committed to a more efficient execution of our activities through the coordinated effort that the Blueprint provides.

ICC provided opportunities for Members and other stake holders to suggest open-ended comments on the existing language in Blueprint 2007, or to offer additions or changes which reflected key elements to a realistic and forward-thinking business model.
