Micro-90® is a mild, yet powerful, multipurpose, alkaline cleaning concentrate that has long been used in laboratories, industrial applications, and critical cleaning processes. Micro-90® is a unique chelating detergent that contains ionic and non-ionic ingredients, which combine to produce a variety of cleaning actions. Micro-90® lifts, disperses, emulsifies, sequesters, suspends, and decomposes soils, then rinses away leaving the surface absolutely clean. Registered with NSF as an A1 cleaner and can be validated in FDA processes. Validation methods are available upon request. Micro-90® is manufactured in a dedicated system. Typical pH: 9.5.

Micro Green Clean is an industrial-strength, free-rinsing, biodegradable, multi-purpose hard surface cleaner designed for use in a wide range of cleaning applications. Excellent for cleaning metals, ceramics, medical instruments, food-processing equipment, filter membranes, and other surfaces. Micro® Green Clean is registered with NSF as an A1 cleaner and can be validated in FDA processes. Validation methods are available upon request. Typical pH: 9.5. LF2100 is a powerful, low-foaming alkaline cleaner containing a special blend of chelants, nonionic and amphoteric ingredients. Excellent for removing oil, grease, wax, tar, flux and biological debris from manufacturing and food-processing equipment, tanks, instruments, labware, and many other surfaces. The low-foam formulation makes it suitable for use in labwashers, power sprayers and industrial sized washers. Registered with NSF as an A1 cleaner and can be validated in FDA processes. Micro A07 is a powerful blend of chelating citric acid and anionic surfactants designed to remove salts, soap scum, metal oxides, hard water scale, grease, rust, milkstone, mineral deposits and inorganic material from filter membranes, labware and industrial equipment. Micro A07 is non-corrosive and does not contain solvents, phosphates, silicates, phenols, or Substances of Very High Concern. Registered with NSF as an A1 cleaner and can be validated in FDA processes. Validation methods are available upon request. Typical pH: 3.0. Surface-Cleanse/930® is a gentle, nonionic cleaner that delivers a powerful cleaning action usually found in much harsher products. Surface-Cleanse/930® has a neutral pH, which eliminates surface damage that may be caused by an acid or alkaline cleaner. Its mixture of nonionic surfactants make Surface-Cleanse/930® safe for use on aluminum, zinc, electronic components and other delicate metals. Surface-Cleanse/930® works well in hard and soft water and at room temperature. Surface Cleanse/930 is registered with NSF as an A1 cleaner and can be validated in FDA processes. Zymit Low-Foam is a neutral pH, dual-enzyme formula effective at removing protein- and starch- based soils. Zymit Low-Foam is used to clean diagnostic and surgical instruments, medical devices, labware, fabrics, food processing equipment, photographic film equipment, hospital and daycare furnishings, and many other surfaces. Target soils include gelatin-based adhesives, food, grass, blood, fat, sweat, mucous, tissue, feces, sebum, and starches such as polysaccharides. P-80® Emulsion Temporary Assembly Lubricant is a biodegradable assembly aid that eases installation of tight-fitting rubber and plastic parts by reducing the force needed for insertion. Once assembly is complete, the lubricant dries and the part returns to its original condition. P-80® Temporary Assembly Lubricants can be applied manually or automatically, by dip, brush, or spray techniques. P-80® Emulsion Temporary Assembly Lubricant is used to install hoses, o-rings, seals, bushings, gaskets, grommets, grips, and many other rubber and plastic parts. Use P-80® Emulsion when a thin film of lubricant is desired. Typical viscosity of P-80® Emulsion: 150 cps at 25° C.

P-80 THIX Temporary Assembly Lubricant gel is a biodegradable assembly aid that eases installation of tight-fitting rubber and plastic parts by reducing the force needed for insertion. Once assembly is complete, the lubricant dries and the part returns to its original condition. P-80® THIX is especially useful in overhead and vertical assembly operations because it remains where it is applied without dripping. P-80® THIX thins out under pressure so it can be used in automated systems or applied manually by dip, brush, or spray techniques.

P-80 Grip-It Quick-drying Temporary Assembly Lubricant eases installation of tight-fitting rubber and plastic parts by reducing the force needed for assembly. Once assembly is complete, P-80® Grip-It dries and provides resistance that helps keeps parts in place. P-80®Grip-It can be applied manually or automatically, by dip, brush, or spray techniques. P-80 Grip-It is ideal for insertion of hoses that are pressure-tested immediately after assembly, and in any application that requires a fast-drying lubricant. Typical uses include installation of hoses, grips, o-rings, seals, bushings, gaskets, grommets, and many other rubber and plastic parts.
