Intowaste has over 25 years experience in used tyre collection, disposal and the reprocessing of used tyres. We offer a ‘per tyre’ small load collection, or a consolidated load service in large bodied ‘walking floor’ artic trailers. For our customers this has the benefit of the disposal of car or any mix of tyres in a bulk load. This is always offered at a fixed price per load - which provides cost certainty, the maximum disposal payload and best value for money.

We contract to both public and private clients for ‘tyre fly tip’ clearances, tyre dumps or tyre remediation contracts throughout the UK. These tips occur as a result of ‘fly tipping’, arson attacks - or from failed tyre reprocessing businesses.

Intowaste is at the forefront of the sales of products made from used tyres. These products and markets include: Aggregate replacements from used tyre chip or tyre shred - Intowaste provides BSI PAS 107 technical sales and supplies tyre chip to the landfill and civil engineering market - as a replacement for virgin aggregate for drainage and for unbound civil engineering applications. Intowaste provides the landfill engineering & construction industry with BSI PAS 108 Tyre Bales (Blocks). We also provide technical sales to potential users. Wire free tyre chip for equestrian arenas, all weather gallops. Tyre crumb rubber for sports and play applications, safety surfaces etc. Tyre rubber wet pour surfacing for equestrian stable yards, parade grounds, golf course paths etc.

Intowaste produces tyre chip, tyre shred and /or tyre bales, on or off site – using fully mobile reprocessing plant. Mobile machines are also available to work within existing reprocessing sites (where fixed machines have broken down) or to process the tyres arising on tyre remediation contracts. Using these materials directly back on site for infrastructure development or temporary works saves transport and disposal costs off site. All Intowaste processed tyre materials are (BSI) PAS accredited as ‘tyre derived products’. We offer accreditation and certification for use in construction and engineering applications.

Intowaste offers a consultancy service to both tyre re-processors and tyre product end users. This includes: Technical sales for tyre chip, tyre shred and tyre bales for landfill and other engineering applications. Obtaining Environment Agency and regulatory approval for reprocessing and using tyre derived products. Third Party Accreditation for the production and end use of tyre derived rubber materials. Guidance to start up tyre re-processors to secure end use tyre product outlets and contracted sales agreements.
