Forklift Fork

Invicta - Model ITA/FEM - Industrial Forklift Replacement Forks

ITA/FEM forks are supplied as standard to the majority of industrial forklifts in five standard hanging configurations ranging from Class 1 to Class 5 with numerous differing under clearances. Fork location to the carriage is achieved with either a standard or mushroom latchpin. We offer a much wider range than we have shown online so please call us if you cannot find the fork section and length required.

Forklift Fork Extensions

Invicta - Model IEFF - Excavator Pallet Fork Attachment

This range of Excavator Fork attachments are designed to enable an Excavator to lift palletized material. This is especially useful if space/maneuverability is restricted on site, as it ensures you only need minimal machines at any one time.

Invicta - 2-10 Ton Truck Mounted Forklift Extensions

Typically used on Forktrucks ranging from 2 – 10 ton in capacity, these extensions are the ideal solution when handling long & awkward loads which tend to be found in more heavy-duty applications, where additional strength is required to support the load weight.

Invicta - Above 10 Ton Truck Mounted Forklift Extensions

Normally used on Forktrucks 10 ton and above when lifting large & awkward loads at an extended load centre, this design provides further strength to the extension which gives greater stability throughout the lift. Examples of the application can range from containers, modular homes and large metal fabrications.

Invicta - Model IFE - Triangular Truck Mounted Forklift Extensions

Triangular Fork Extensions provide a simple but effective solution for handling rolled product externally such as paper reels, coils, and drums. The triangular design helps secure the product whilst in transit, helping to reduce the risk of the product rolling sideways off the forks. Another feature of the triangular profile helps reduce damage and any potential indentation on the material, compared to the sharp edge of the fork blade.

Bespoke

Vehicle Roll Cage Loader

Specifically designed for the safe loading and unloading of roll cages onto and from articulated vehicles.

Hydraulic Fork Clamp for Paper Bale Recycling

Application: Waste recycling centre for waste paper bales. Mechanical clamping sleeves that side onto the forks. To ensure safe fitment heel pins are inserted around the heel of the fork. Utilises existing hydraulic forks and turns it into a hydraulic clamp – two attachments in one with a little extra investment and not having the down time or expenses of swapping hydraulic attachments on the same truck, or having to have a second truck idle on site. Serrated faces on both contact faces “dig” into the bale to provide safe lifting and handling. Due to the nature of the design the clamp sleeves require safe storage. Invicta manufactured a bespoke stand so that the clamps remained vertical, allowing the operator to simply drove in and out of the pockets, inserting or removing the heel pin each time. Fitted to Bolzoni Auramo fork clamp.

Roll Cage Lifters for Loading and Unloading

Since first developing the Roll Cage Lifter for a major logistics business, it’s become very popular, particularly amongst hauliers and big users of roll cages, such as supermarket chains. Around a decade ago, we developed the LoadLifter for one of the UK’s main supermarket chains. Hundreds have since been produced, allowing roll cages to be safely loaded and unloaded onto articulated vehicles.

Portable Toilet Lifter

With both fork and crane operation, the Portable Toilet Lifter is a necessity for those moving portable toilets around building sites or transporting to various levels on a high rise developments. The lifter arrives complete with a built in sump and drain tap to catch any spills.

Pipe Handling Fork

Designed to provide a method of lifting and moving unpalletised loads such as timber planks, sheet steel and tubing, plastic pipes and concrete lintels safely and in turn minimizing the potential of damaging the product.
