Injection Quills Threaded Style

Inyo - PVC & CPVC & Kynar (PVDF) Injection Quills

PVC, CPVC & Kynar (PVDF)  Injection Quills provide broad chemical compatibility for a variety of water and industrial chemical applications.  These quills can be used with most acid & base solutions, and many chemicals including chlorine & ammonia. PVC is an excellent all-around material up to approximately 130°F. CPVC can provide many of the same properties as PVC up to approximately 180°F.  Under some conditions, CPVC can become brittle as it ages, so PVC is recommended unless higher temperatures are present. Kynar provides excellent chemical resistance properties up to approximately 225°F.  Often used for strong/concentrated acids. Maximum pressure: 150 psi

Inyo - Custom Injection Quills

Inyo can provide a wide range of custom quills to meet your specific needs.  Shown below are several examples. Several Kynar quills designed with a male end fitting for connection to a check valve. A PVDF (Kynar) quill designed with a  removable steel support tube.  This allows a longer injector to be used in a large pipeline without concerns for bending or breakage.  Used in a meat processing plant`s hot water process line for injecting a bromine solution.

Inyo - Model QM & QMM - Metal Injection Quills

Metal Injection Quills provide an excellent choice for durability & strength. Metal injection quills are particular useful for longer injection quills over 6 inches. When injecting chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite & acids, care must be taken in the choice of compatible material.

Inyo - Multi-Orifice Threaded Injection Quill

Multi-Orifice Threaded Injection Quills are excellent for even chemical dispersion across an entire pipe diameter.  Quills are available in all materials.

Inyo - Teflon Threaded Injection Quills

Teflon injector is designed for the injection of concentrated acid.  Excellent choice for injection of concentrated sulfuric acid. Constructed from 100% virgin Teflon material. Allows for injection of concentrated acids and directs flow away from pipe walls and threaded injection port and into the turbulent flow stream for maximum chemical diffusion. Able to withstand the heat of dilution of concentrated acids into water. Designed for flow rates up to 15 gal/hr [56 Liters/hr]. Works with pipes up to 12" [300 mm] in diameter.

Inyo - Flanged Injector

Flanged injectors are designed for single point injection (either through a flat or bayonet style end fitting). Inyo’s flanged injectors are designed to fit into a flanged additive port. The diffuser flange is sandwiched between the flanged port and a mating blind flange or flanged pipe.

Inyo - Flanged Chemical Diffusers

Flanged diffusers are designed to fit into a flanged additive port. The diffuser flange is sandwiched between the flanged port and a mating blind flange or flanged pipe.  They provide an easy method of distributing chemicals throughout the entire pipe diameter.

Inyo - Mixing Tees

Mixing Tees are a simple, cost effective method of providing chemical diffusion to a system. Mixing tees typically have been offered in both a wafer style. We have now added to our product line a pipe spool configuration. There is little or no pressure drop across these devices, which rely on advanced chemical dispersion techniques. Inyo mixing tees use custom designed injectors and now we have added to our product line are able to provide mixing tees with mixing wings to ensure through chemical dispersion.

Inyo - Injection Wafer

Designed to be sandwiched between flanges, the Injection Wafer provides a simple means of adding injector ports to a piping system. The wafer injector can accept threaded injection quills and retractable injectors

Inyo - Model RTJ - High Pressure Retractable Injector

Inyo offers a range of injectors -both fixed and retractable that can be used on high pressure applications. The Inyo Retractable quill Injector allows for chemical injection and sampling applications at pressures up to 1800 psi and temperatures to 550 degrees F. The standard installation allows for  insertion depths of 6 and 12”.  With a wide range of injector/nozzle  and end configurations, this robust system can easily be adapted to meet your most demanding applications.
