Batch Treatment

IPEC Global - Model Level 1 - Batch Treatment Reactor

Level-1 systems are supplied with a polyethylene conical bottom reactor tank, skid mounted structural platform, high efficiency mixer, recipe driven process control, up to 4 reagent pumps, two of which are time dosed. Automated over-temp shut down, integrated control panel.

IPEC Global - Model 1000-Jr - Treatment Reactors - Low Flow

1000-Jr Reactors can stand-alone or be integrated with classifiers, pump stations, etc. These units come fully assembled including multi-stage reactor tank, mixers, automated chemical addition pumps and controls with full instrumentation. They can be configured for hundreds of different waste streams besides the ones you see here. Our premier Pump and Lift Station, when you need the best! The IPEC Series 500 is a fully integrated pump and lift station combining receiver tank, pumps, valving/piping and automated controls for transferring continuous or intermittent flows of wastewater streams from upstream processes. This is a dual pumping system that is fully automated with multi-level sensor controls and alarms. The pumping sequences are designed to give automatic emergency back-up should one pump fail.
