When IPEX first introduced Bionax® PVCO pressure pipe in North America in 2008, it set a new standard for municipal water distribution and made everything else seem antiquated. Since then, thousands of metres of Bionax® have been laid in hundreds of installations and it is specified as a material of choice in jurisdictions from coast to coast. Now, with the introduction of larger diameters, municipal water transmission projects can benefit from the same properties that put Bionax® water distribution lines and sewage force mains in a class by themselves.

Designed for municipal water applications, Blue Brute^® AWWA C900 PVC pressure piping systems offer unmatched strength and corrosion resistance. Blue Brute^® is certified to CSA B137.3 and conforms to AWWA C900 Pressure Pipe. IPEX municipal pressure piping systems are made with a durable, high-impact PVC compound, resulting in excellent performance even under high traffic loads and deep burial conditions.

Municipal Sewer Piping Systems Made with High-Strength PVC Compound. Ring-Tite® and Enviro-Tite® piping systems are SDR 35 and SDR 28 sewer pipes manufactured to demanding ASTM and CSA standards. Enviro-Tite®, available only in Canada, has a minimum recycled material content of 50%. This sustainable pipe system is made from an innovative co-extrusion process, allowing for 50% use of high-quality reprocessed PVC while increasing product performance, making it one of the most environmentally friendly sewer pipes available.

At NACO we have improved upon our Bolted Compression (Repair) Couplers by introducing Injection Molded Fiberglass Reinforced PVC Flange Rings.By adding our injection molded fiberglass reinforced PVC flange rings to our existing PVC body, you have a superior product that will not pit, rust, or scale which is so common to metal compression couplers. For a totally non-corrosive unit, add our Stainless Steel bolt pack. Each unit is pre-assembled and individually boxed for your convenience.

NACO`s line of Certa-Lok Yelomine* fittings are manufactured from a specially formulated PVC compound that contains impact modifiers and UV inhibitors for above-ground exposed applications, designed for use with Certa-Lok Yelomine Pipe. NACO Certa-Lok Yelomine fittings are available with a male Certa-Lok connection for use with Certa-Lok Yelomine pipe, or a Solvent Weld female connection for use with Yelomine pipe or standard IPS pipe.

Naco’s fabricated fittings are designed to convey sanitary and industrial wastes, storm water runoff and other related applications.  Our SDR35 and SDR26 sewer fittings conform to ASTM D3034 and F679 requirements respectively.  Our fittings are designed and manufactured for maximum performance in the most demanding environments of modern municipal wastewater systems, residential wastewater control and other non-pressure applications.

Naco’s fabricated C900/905 fittings are designed as a robust and corrosion-resistant alternative to cast iron pressure piping systems.  Naco’s fabricated PVC CIOD fittings have a dimensional ratio (DR18 or DR25) equal to or greater than that of the pipe from which they are fabricated.  Our fabricated fittings shall be manufactured from segments of PVC pipe bonded together conforming to or exceeding the requirements of AWWA C900 and C905.  Our C900/905 fittings are manufactured with both gasketed bell “push-on” joints and socketed solvent-weld joints.  Our fittings are engineered for use in higher-pressure water systems and low-pressure sewer force main systems. C900 DR18 & DR25 fittings are manufactured in 6”, 8”, 10”, and 12” sizes.C905 DR18 & DR25 fittings are manufactured in 14”, 16”, 18”, 20”, 24”, 30”, and 36” sizes.
