A palletiser designed for various elements that works in layers or rows. It has two main movements, vertical and horizontal, aligning its work stations beneath the gantry. Its robust design allows it to execute high-precision movements that guarantee perfect palletising. Depending on the type of load to palletise, there are various gripping models, so the machine adapts perfectly to the needs of every client.

A palletiser that moves layers from the pattern forming table to the pallet on a sheet with centrers. It is designed for boxes whose shape or consistency means they can’t be safely moved by pressure clamps. This palletiser accommodates patterns with internal gaps, palletising boxes with lids and attached layers.

A machine designed for baling and palletising empty fruit boxes. Boxes are handled on the forming table, so two groups of 3 boxes can be made simultaneously. These groups, or bundles, are made up of two boxes in contact by their upper part and a third within those two.

Box depalletiser by entire layers, which transports them from the pallet to the pattern separation table or a turning module.  It is prepared to depalletise a wide variety of boxes and patterns with total security thanks to 4 clamps holding each layer.

A machine designed to place wooden strips on wooden boxes using staples. They are placed one by one as the machine has a vertical strip storage space that feeds staplers and a box positioning system for the placing of the strip on the upward-facing edges.

Box dosing system through virtual windows. It reserves a space for each box adapted to its size through which it permanently controls the position of the box, ensuring that every box arrives at its destination correctly despite some boxes being taken out manually.

These various models can transport full, empty or mixed pallets.
