The Micro 2000 range is a premium 90gsm synthetic polypropylene fine fibre air filter media that meets the highest standards for filtration efficiency F5-F9 to EN779:2002 standard. It is an ideal media for processing by sewing or ultrasonic welding, making it perfectly suited for manufacturing multi-pocket bag filters. Its properties include a mixture of course and fine fibres ensuring the presence of mechanical filtration and static charge, low pressure drop, low energy cost while maintaining a high dirt-holding efficiency. Ideal for HVAC applications including Automotive plants, Hospitals, Micro-processing, Office and Industrial installations.

The Micro 2012 air filter media range is designed specifically to meet the requirements of the EN779:2012 standard. Micro 2012 is a 90gsm synthetic polypropylene air filter media with a very fine fibre mix that meets the highest standards for filtration efficiency M5-F9. This media is designed to suit processing by sewing or ultrasonic welding, making it perfectly suited for manufacturing multi-pocket bag filters. Its properties include fine, very fine and course fibres ensuring the presence of mechanical filtration and static charge, low pressure drop, low energy cost while maintaining a high dirt-holding efficiency. Ideal for HVAC applications where very high air quality is specified including Automotive plants, Hospitals, Micro-processing and specialist Industrial installations.

Customised depths and cut & seal options are available to suit your requirements. Our welded pockets media rolls meet the new ISO 16890, EN 779: 2002 and EN 779:2012 filtration efficiency ePM 1-10/ F5-F9 and are ideally suited for manufacturing of multi-pocket bag filters.

The disposable G4 polyester pleated panel filters meet the EN 779:2012 industrial standard for filtration efficiency G4. The pleated filter media is laminated with an expanded metal grid and housed in a moisture resistant cardboard frame. The rigid fibre properties of this media ensure optimal separation capacity, maximum dust containment and complete dust particle release prevention, while optimizing energy costs. Primarily used as pre-filters for air conditioning installations.

Multi-pocket bag filters with pockets made from our Micro range of Irema Air Filter Media are also available. Each pocket is ultrasonically welded with 6 rows of internal spacers to allow the pocket inflate and provide an even airflow distribution, resulting in full utilisation of the air filter as well as much reduced initial resistance. Each separator is welded to the top and bottom layers of the media; the result is a strong seal, capable of withstanding high pressures of over 1000Pa. Metal and plastic frames options in 25 and 20mm headers are available.

The rigid compact air filters from Irema are fabricated using high quality, plastic frames in 4-V arrangement utilising Irema’s Micro 3000 filter media made from 100% polypropylene with hot melt adhesive that meets all standards for filtration efficiency F5-F9.
