Our pre-insulated single pipes are extremely versatile. We supply them to the highest quality standards, with longitudinal or spiral seam weld and seamless (standard material: P235GH, other steel grades or materials on request). We produce our single pipes to EN 253 and FW 401, both in classic and in continuous production technology, mainly for the effective and continuous transport of district heating and cooling.

The ISOPLUS twin pipe is the effective complement to the single pipe and is also supplied longitudinally or spirally seam-welded and seamless in accordance with the highest quality standards (standard material: P235GH, other steel grades or materials upon request). We produce the twin pipes in accordance with EN 253 and FW 401 in both classic and continuous design. They are the perfect solution for transporting district heating and cooling to the consumer with optimised ecological and economic benefits (especially regarding construction work and heat loss).?

The continuous production of our flexible isopex pipes produces a longitudinally watertight bonded pipe system  the three basic materials (carrier pipe + insulation + outer casing) are firmly bonded together.? The carrier pipe’s modulus of elasticity reduces with increasing temperature, thereby causing very low stresses. These stresses are reduced still further by the embedment in the ground. Axial thermal expansion is almost completely suppressed in the isopex heating 6 or 10 bar compound system. This means: isopex pipes can be planned without expansion compensation and, due to their composite structure, can be directly introduced into buildings or building entries.
