Isopure Corp products

The Isopure ACDS and corresponding line of acid storage tanks allows for distribution of a wide variety of prescriptions within clinical facilities. These systems consist of the acid concentrate storage tanks, acid concentrate pump and control unit, low tank float, low tank alert for the clinic floor, and all distribution lines and pressure control components throughout the systems. Isopure`s Acid distribution systems are also capable of being connected to an outside fill station.

When large multimedia or zeolite filters are not an option, Isopure`s selection of Big Blue filtration systems will provide a proper replacement. Named after Watts Water Technology’s filter housing used to build the assembly, the big blue filtration systems can be used independently or in a dual filter parallel setup allowing for higher flow rates and lower pressure drops across the filter elements.

The Isopure [RO]CK series of container based Reverse Osmosis systems are designed and manufactured for industrial applications. Each [RO]CK produced is a custom pre-assembled unit, fully tested at the factory and require simple utility connections and are ready for immediate on –line services. Their simple designs maximize reliability of the RO unit.  [RO]CK series units can be equipped with either a single or double pass RO system internally mounted and any of the following integrated options:

Isopure`s Pumping systems can be custom designed for any industrial water system requirements. These pumping systems consist of transfer pumps for any application, pressure boosting systems for processes, or chemical injection pumping solutions. These pumping solutions can consist of a singular pump or be more complex skid mounted pumping solutions.

The Quadro™ series Reverse Osmosis systems are designed and manufactured for industrial applications. The Quadro™ series are pre-assembled units, fully tested at the factory and require simple utility connections and are ready for immediate on –line services. Their simple designs maximize reliability of the RO unit. Quadro™ series can be either a single or double pass RO system mounted on a powder coated structural steel frame. The system includes a depth cartridge pre-filter(s), a multi-stage high pressure feed pump, 4" stainless steel membrane housings, and spiral wound thin film composite RO membranes, stainless steel high pressure piping, PVC low pressure feed, reject, and product piping.
