Despite its investment-friendly price, this milling robot has inherited many of the technical genes of its big brother Power Cutter 200 and can be operated with the same control unit/hose package. Sleek design with four degrees of freedom, functional design without any supply lines on the robot.

The Power BOX hot water systems have been proven many times and have for many years been an important part of the hose liner reconstruction – not only for thermal-reactive resin system. Due to their effectiveness and practice oriented design concept they are ideally suited for a fast and controlled curing of hose liners up to nominal widths from 12" with a signifi cant shortening of the curing time.

Inversion drums for hose liners from 2" to 40" in a high quality and practice oriented de-sign will be manufactured individually, order related and under consideration of the customer re-quirements. All inversion drums are made from stainless steel and, with the exception of the baby drum, they are equipped with wheels. In addition, electrical drives and hydraulic brakes can be installed. All models are qualifi ed for steam curing and they provide a flawless operation and a long service life. 

Impregnation systems in different sizes and designs for hose liners from 2" to 40" and – due to their variability – they provide an optimum resin distribution and an even liner impregnation. Comfortable control and space saving transportation, this unit is also using stainless steel for a long service life. The use of a suitable vacuum pump is mandatory for an optimum impregnation of a polyester needle felt carrier material with the reaction resins of the Easy Pox or the Easy Lith series. Undesired air pockets will be prevented effectively and the complete impregnation of the carrier material with reaction resin will be supported and/or implemented well.
