ISurGlide Plus is our lubricious hydrophilic coating that eliminates the need for a primer or extensive surface preparation, and, in many instances, will improve lubricity. Elimination of the priming step simplifies the manufacturing process, saving your company time and money. ISurGlide Plus is applied with the same coating and UV cure process as our ISurGlide family of coatings so if you’re currently using a UV cured hydrophilic coating so no need to change your existing setup!

Universal Lubricious Coating Solution. Available in 3.5%, 4.5%, and 7.5% total dissolved solids. Customers can choose the formulation parameters to meet their needs of process time, durability and lubricity. ISurGlide 460 coatings can be applied as a single or double layer, with or without a primer, to promote adhesion to your substrate as needed. By tailoring your viscosity, you can create a coating process that works within your unique manufacturing system.

Coating solution formulated for urinary devices. Low-viscosity coating formulation for thin, durable lubricious coatings. This formulation works best as a two layer application with easy-to-coat materials that do not require a primer.

ISurTec offers pre-mixed coating formulations for easy in-line manufacturing. ISurGlide coatings can be applied as a single or double layer, with or without a primer, to meet the performance requirements for your device.  You may also tailor your coating viscosity to create a coating process that works within your specific manufacturing system.

Formulated for PEBAX, nylon, polyethylene and others. A photoreactive adhesion promoter in isopropyl alcohol for difficult-to-coat substrates. PhotoPrime 955 primer uses photochemistry to modify the surface of a device, promoting adhesion of ISurGlide hydrophilic coatings. The primer’s photoreactivity increases the crosslinking density and gives the coating system its strength and durability. PhotoPrime 955 Surface Primer Solution has been used successfully to provide a durable coating on nylon, Grilamid, all durometers of PEBAX, polyurethane, low-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, polyester, and polypropylene.

Formulated in acetone. A photoreactive adhesion promoter in acetone for high surface energy, hard-to-wet, difficult-to-coat substrates. PhotoPrime® 150 surface primer solution wets device surfaces very well and provides a strong, durable foundation for ISurGlide coating. Photoprime® 150 primers have been used successfully to provide a durable coating on nylon, Grilamid®, all durometers of PEBAX®, polyurethane, low-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, polyester, and polypropylene.
