As the original Texsteel / Metal Mesh pad manufacturer since the 1930’s, ISW Corporation is proud to resume operations of the METAL MESH / TEXSTEEL PRESS PAD department since acquiring the assets from FH Bonn Co. ISW’s TEXSTEEL Pads are engineered to meet the specifications of all laundry and dry cleaning press manufacturers.

ISW Corporation is a custom manufacturer of a wide range of mist eliminator units used for separating and collecting water or oil droplets from process gases and mist from smoke elimination systems.   

Knitted wire mesh elements are commonly used in industrial cooking extractors to eliminate entrained grease and fat from being drawn into the extraction ducts, reducing the risk of fire hazards and also providing essential protection to expensive motors and blowers.

Steel wool and Stainless Steel Wool produced into a Needle Felted form called TEXSTEEL, is widely used in many industrial applications for High Heat Insulation, Industrial Filtering, Noise Dampening, Coalescing Filter Media, Gas turbine generators, high temperature vessels, platen presses and oil mist separators.  Steel wool can be used in conjunction with wire mesh or fiberglass insulation for optimum results.

Stainless steel wool is specially suited for many muffler / exhaust manufacturers, industrial insulation,  thermal insulation in power stations, gas and liquid filtration, pipe insulation, mist eliminators, heavy metal separation when corrosive, rust, tinder and heat are a concern.

TUFFWOOL is combination of steel wool and a soft absorbent felt material that is mechanically interlocked to form a tough long lasting abrasive. These pads are great for commercial and industrial applications because they can attach to hook and loop pads on power tools.
