ITB Climate products

Ventilation chimneys from ITB are applied in agricultural houses for over 35 years. For every animal type ITB has suitable ventilation components. The right ventilation in a barn contributes to an optimal living climate and thereby leads to better results. Through the correct placement of exhaust and inlet chimneys a uniform climate arises with evenly spread temperature across the entire house and optimal humidity.

Dehumidification of greenhouses is important to optimize results. ITB therefore has developed the Green Vent air handling units. With this system, that has been developed according to the principles of The New Cultivation, air is dehumidified around the crops. Subsequently, the intake air is heated by the air coming out of the greenhouse. This can be done both by heat recovery through tubes, without the air being mixed, or by recirculating part of the air.

Padcooling systems are used in livestock houses where a high efficiency cooling is needed. Intake air is cooled through damping.

The innovative drying systems from ITB Climate is the energy efficient, integral solution for manure processing or efficient drying of biological materials. Drying of manure from poultry, pigs, cows and almost all other animals is possible. The drying system of ITB Climate can also be applied for drying biomass, wood chips and sewages sludge.

Equally distributed light inside a livestock house will lead to improved spread of the animals. A regulated light scheme leads to better results inside the house. Dark periods in the building have an essiantial influence on the animals growth results. In order to minimize external light influences and to simulate day and night, ITB has lightfilters for chimneys, inlets and wall fans. The systems have been designed in such a way that resistance is minimal and air flow is optimal.
