ITR - Model HMS - Stationary Hammer Mills
The ITR HMS 100 hammer mill is the most versatile model in the fixed hammer mill category: the dimensions of the grinding chamber, combined with the use of a 250 kW to 450 kW electric motor (on the 100H – High Impact – version), ensure the perfect roughing of the material, which can then move on to the subsequent refining and selection phases. The hydraulic movement of the main components, the lifting of the rotor with the upper bonnet, and the quick replacement of the grilles all provide for a significant increase in production capacity and a reduction in operating costs.

The ITR HMS 120 Hi (High Impact) hammer mill has been conceived for the crushing and enhancement of the heaviest materials. Thanks to the use of a new reinforced carpentry, heavy hammers up to 50 kg and the use of a powerful electric motor up to 400 kW, this mill allows to work high quantities of materials such as electric motors, light ferrous scrap, scrap metal (aluminum profile and carter).
