Our team of highly specialized Service Technicians can assist our customers during assembly, plant start-up and commissioning and can provide personnel training and maintenance instructions directly on site.

We offer a comprehensive maintenance contract program to ensure the equipment will always be in efficient working condition.

We keep in stock most spares for our machinery. In order to guarantee an immediate dispatch of critical or important spare parts, ITS offers a special service of storage and supply on demand for single machines or complete custom designed systems.

In our facility we are able to service and repair most shredders also manufactured by our competitors. The machine tools we use directly on site allow us to manufacture any new component (sidewalls, shafts, etc. ..) required to refurbish the machines we are repairing.

We offer a preventive maintenance program based on our customer`s specific requirements.
We can sharpen existing blade or manufacture new blades for most shredders on the market.

We manufacture blades for most applications and offer a replacement and sharpening service. Our machining tools allow us to construct any new component such as sidewalls, shafts, flanges, etc... which may be required to refurbish the machines we are repairing.
