The construction of SC blowers is based on the side channel principle. These blowers can operate either as exhauster or compressor fans and are designed for continuous service. Their full die-cast aluminium construction grants maximum robustness and flexible operation. No lubrication is needed since there is no contact between the stator and the rotating parts. SC blowers are equipped with NSK bearings, which are permanently pre-lubricated. Specific silencers help reduce the noise.

Compressors belonging to RL series are volumetric machines of robust construction having rotors designed with tri-lobe profile to gain the highest efficiency but also reduce the discharge pulsations. Suitable for any application that requires the handling of large air flow, it is possible to achieve either 1 bar max. overpressure or 500 mbar max. in vacuum. Thanks to the V-belt drive, these machines can provide a very wide operating range therefore can be selected to offer the highest effi ciency at the duty point. All units can be equipped with accessories but also with special noise enclosures to comply with the standards and the environment.

OL series oil-lubricated vacuum pumps with oil recirculation are of the blade rotary type, with a rotor supported by bearings and a flanged motor. They are automatically lubricated. Their main features are their heavy construction design, their high performance, reliability and easy maintenance. These pumps can achieve the end vacuum of 2 or 0.5 mbar absolute depending on pump model.

The ICV-ICP series pumps are dry contactless vacuum and compressor pumps with modular constructions consisting of compartments. Pumping and gear chambers are separated by labyrinth seals. When the two claws rotate in opposite direction  the air is sucked into the pumping chamber, compressed and discharged under pressure. In the gear chamber two gears with appropriate oil lubrication are placed for synchronizing the claws rotation. To synchronize the claws’ rotation. A built-in anti-suck back valve installed in the inlet flange will prevent the air from flowing back into the vacuum chamber when the pump is shut down. The pumps are directly driven by a flanged motor through a coupling.

Dry rotary vane vacuum pumps belonging to the DR series are of the blade rotary type, with a rotor supported by bearings, a flanged motor and air cooling. They are suitable to operate without any lubrication. Their main features are their heavy construction design, their easy maintenance and the absence of any oil-fog on the discharge. These pumps can be used in any applications where no deep vacuum is required.
