Iwaki’s MDM magnetic drive chemical process pumps are designed to solve the most demanding chemical handling applications. Two materials of construction and convenient mounting configurations allow MDM to handle many aggressive chemical and high purity applications. MDM pumps feature a unique non-contact system design that enable them to withstand dry running in comparison with conventional magnetic drive pumps made of fluororesin. The MXM series design offers the best combination of durability, safety and performance for a wide range of chemical process applications. MXM magnetic drive pumps feature separate impellers and inner magnets maximizing the flexibility and application of the product. MXM pumps are ideal for chemical transfer on chemistries such as bleach and sulphuric acid.

The MDW Series are the largest fluoroplastic magnetic drive pumps in the world, offering high efficiency and durability for chemical process applications. MDW magnetic drive pumps are ideal for chemical transfer on chemistries such as bleach and sulphuric acid.

IX Series Metering Pumps are digitally controlled direct-drive diaphragm pumps. Years of experience in high-end motor technology result in extremely accurate and energy-efficient metering pumps with high resolution. The IX Series meets today’s demand for automated chemical delivery in industries from water treatment to chemical processes. Highly precise control offers a solution for a variety of dosing applications. Standard with several control methods, the IX Series pumps provide a solution to a variety of applications, including bleach, all in one pump.

In a class by itself – the LKN is a motor-driven, mechanically actuated diaphragm metering pump with a maximum capacity of 114 GPH (432 l/h) and a maximum pressure of 225 PSI (1.5 MPa). The LKN Series is ideal for chemical feed applications in a wide range of fields, including water treatment, chemical process, agriculture, mining, and paper. The LKN is the workhorse of the Iwaki metering pump products.

The Iwaki LK Series metering pumps are motor-driven, mechanically-actuated diaphragm metering pumps. This larger Series can achieve outputs up to 856 GPH (3240 l/h) and maximum pressures of 220 PSI (1.5 MPa). The LK Series is ideal for large chemical feed applications in a wide range of fields, including water treatment, chemical process, agriculture, mining, and paper. The LK series is Iwaki’s largest metering pump product.

The EJ Series provide precise chemical injection at an economical price. Universal voltage capability enables operation from 100 – 240VAC in virtually all countries. The EJ Series are compact, simple to operate and have outputs to 3.2 GPH (12.0 LPH) and a maximum pressure of 175 PSI (1.2 MPa).

EZ Series electronic metering pumps offer precise chemical injection at a low cost. The compact size and simple control make them ideal for water treatment and OEM applications. The EZ is an ideal metering pump for low-cost chemical dosing.

The EHE is the workhorse of the E-Series metering pumps. EHE Series pumps have outputs up to 20 GPH (75 l/h) and pressure capabilities to 150 PSI (10 bar). Combining the EHE performance with a turndown ratio of 1800:1 yields one of the most versatile pumps in the water treatment industry today.

The EWN Series electronic metering pumps offer superior high-speed dosing capability with more standard features. The flexibility of the EWN pump enables it to be integrated into virtually any chemical feed application using a universal-voltage, digital controller with an expanded set of control features. Superb valve performance and advanced solenoid engineering combine to make a highly precise dosing pump for the most demanding applications.
