Magnetic Centrifugal Pumps - Plastic
Iwaki - Model MDW Series - Largest Fluoroplastic Magnetic Drive Pumps
The MDW series is IWAKI’s largest class fluoroplastic magnetic drive pumps, offering high efficiency and durability for chemical process applications. Using larger motors for even higher output, the MDW series opens up performance potential in previously unexplored areas.
Iwaki - Model MDE - Non Metallic Process Pump for Large Chemical Processes
Fluororeins and pure ceramic are used for the wet end parts. These materials enable the secure transfer of strong acids and alkalines as well as nearly all chemical solvents.
Magnetic Centrifugal Pumps - Metallic
Iwaki - Model MTFO - Close Coupled Standard Centrifugal Pumps with Open Impeller
The MTFO series is characterized by its wide power range of up to 22kW. The open impeller enables also applications with a solids content of up to 30%.
Dosing & Metering Pumps
Iwaki - Model LK - Compact and Light Weight Metering Pump
The specific feature of the LK series ist the dual-cam driving section with a highly reliable worm gear type speed reducer. Achieving maximum wear resistance in continous operation was a goal of the construction. The result is the employed compact and rigid mechanism. An outdoor installation is due to the fully enclosed oil bath lubrication possible.
Gear Pumps
Iwaki - Model GM-V - Highly Corrosion-Resistant Sealless Gear Pump
Iwaki`s Chemical Gear Pump GM-V is an internal gear pump made of highly corrosion-resistant materials. During pump operation, liquid does not come into contact with any of the pump`s metallic parts. A magnet drive mechanism ensures that no liquid solution leaks from the pump. Thus, the GM-V safely handles most corrosive liquid chemicals, including acids and alkalis. Since the GM-V is pulsation-free and features precise discharge output, this pump is ideally suited to metering injection without pulsation.
Air Pumps
Iwaki - Model APN - Air pump for System Integration
The suction side of these diaphragm air pumps can be used as a vacuum pump and discharge side can be used as compressor. By the compact and light construction the APN pumps cover a wide range of applications. Even the system integration in various devices such as gas analyzers, medical equipment, etc. is possible.
Rotating Plunger Pump
Iwaki - Model V - Valve Less Rotating Plunger Pump
All main parts (piston & cylinder) are made of finest ceramic produced with high precision and micro tolerances. Therefore a repeatability of ± 1 % is possible to achieve. By changing the angle of the pump head, the dosing capacity can be continously set between 0 and maximum.
Semiconductor Pumps
Iwaki - Model FS - Pneumatic Driven Bellows Pumps
As a result of reducing size, weight and costs the stroke rate could be increased up to 240 spm. Additionally the occuring pulsation could be minimised. Depending on the pump type the stroke rate differs.
Turbine Pumps
Iwaki - Model MDT - Mag. Drive Turbine Pumps
With the MDT series mag. drive turbine pumps made of plastic are available. Discharge pressures up to 0.35 MPa are attainable. Thanks to the seal less construction, leackage and shaft seal replacement are avoided. By the compact measurements of the MDT is best suited for the incorporation in cooling and chiller systems such as laser or X-ray devices etc.
Double Diaphragm Pumps
Iwaki - Model TC-X - Air Driven Double Diaphragm Pumps
There is no damage caused by dry running / overheating. Due to the compressed air operation electrical connections are not necessary and the pumps are cooled with the compressed air itself. Media with solids such as stones can be transfer. By adjusting either the air regulator or a liquid discharge valve it is possible to control the flow rate and pressure. If a valve is closed the pumps can handle this without problems. The TC-X pumps can operate dry and generate relatively high Vacuum Pressure, so the pump is self-priming.
