J B NAG performs qualitative, bench mark tests using special laboratory scale testing equipment and small volumes of customer water/wastewater samples. Feasibility studies are conducted using piloting to screen several different permutation combinations for new applications. Samples generated by these bench mark tests are quickly analyzed for quality before committing substantial resources and funds to a field pilot program or to introduce a scaled up system.

J B NAG is the first Indian company maintains a fleet of industrial and municipal pilot units that can be leased along with the services of our experienced Process Technology engineers. Pilot units utilize full size, commercially available. In this program, J B NAG employs both sanitary and industrial pilots for demonstrating UF, NF and RO full scale, commercial products.
