These continuous, soft roof membrane structures are supported by air pressure - unnoticeable to the occupants - within a totally enclosed space. Air structures are ideal for recreational applications such as tennis courts, swimming pools and hockey arenas, as well as industrial applications such as warehouses and bulk storage reservoirs. They can be fabricated to accommodate virtually any shape and floor plan. Among its other advantages, the structure is fully re-locatable.

The fabrics we employ are fire retardent to Euroclasse B S2 DO or British Standards 476 Class O. These will be PVC coated polyester or glass fibre with a vast library of colours to choose from. The fittings are all marine grade stainless steel 316, and membrane plates polished.

Our warehouse structures are built using our modular Aluminium Clearspan Frame Structure system, combined with either our PVC or UPVC Solid Walling. Our Warehouse Structures are designed for workshops, storage areas or loading bays. They are permanent structures but can be relocated. We offer widths from 5m to 20m in multiples of 2.5m or 5m bays. For structures in excess of 20m, we offer a stronger steel frame and this can be custom built to suit requirements. We also provide double layer roofs for insulation. This improves the thermal performance of the structure and reduces condensation. Our UPVC Solid Walling is a simple, lightweight, durable and cost-effective alternative to regular PVC walls. It costs no more than 2 1/2 times as much but has a far greater life expectancy and security.

Modular Fabric/Frame Partitioning Systems for warehouses and factories. Our Internal Partitioning System is designed for large areas and workshops. It can divide workhouses into smaller cubicles and create private work areas. This enables a cleaner and tidier environment. It also enables you to reduce heating costs by sectioning off redundant work spaces. We custom make and design the partitions to suit client specifications. They can also be used externally to create outer walls and doors.

The Eco-Dam is a water filled barrier fabricated from High Tensile European produced PVC and manufactured using Computer Controlled High Frequency Welding Techniques. This ensures structural strength as well as both water proof and gas tight seams. It consists of two sections separated by an internal partition. This locks into place when the barrier is exposed to uneven water pressure, as demonstrated by the diagrams below. The patented design ensures stability by preventing rolling, whilst allowing the water to move freely inside.

Our Eco - Tanks make it safe and easy to store and transport liquid. By using state of the art materials and manufacturing, they can store most substances including: Alcohol, drinking water (WRAS approval), slurry, kerosene, oil, diesel, waste water.
