Sound construction inspection and administration practices are the logical extension of sound design practices and lead to successful project completion. At J. Robert Folchetti & Associates, we pride ourselves in our ability to work in the field on behalf of our clients alongside our client’s contractor to ensure that their project is completed on time, on budget and with the quality it deserves.

The majority of our projects reside in regions that are historically difficult in terms of their topography and subsurface composition. Our firm is equipped and experienced in the evaluation of this challenging geographic area.

Using the best management practices for water, wastewater, stormwater, construction and the environment, JRFA designs, permits and constructs new utilities or refines existing utilities.

The development of accurate mapping is dependent upon obtaining precise measurements in the field, careful transmission of survey data to the office, and correct interpretation and conversion of the field data into reliable survey documents. JRFA has a reputation for accuracy and dependability and timeliness in all of its surveying practices. Our surveying services include boundary surveys, subdivision mapping, topographic, field and construction layout surveys and ground control.

We are intimately familiar with the regulatory agencies that oversee and implement environmental policy. We offer significant planning board expertise, including a comprehensive knowledge base of the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA). Both SEQRA and stormwater compliance are significant issues for today"s public, private and corporate sector and will continue to be in the foreseeable future.
