The AccuPrep MPS for GPC Cleanup performs cleanup of a wide range of sample matrices including foods, tissues, grains, plants and environmental samples such as soil, sludge, and hazardous waste for EPA (SW-846 Method 3640A), CLP, FDA, USDA and USDI analysis. The new AccuPrep MPS has the core features that previous AccuPrep systems have been known for: Solvent Level Sensing warns when solvent is low and pauses operation if the level is not replenished; Probe Tracking feature minimizes probe contact with the sample and increases rinsing efficiency; and Septum Piercing allows sample and collect vials to be sealed, ensuring the integrity of the sample.

This dual-loop version of our popular PrepLinc GPC shares many features with its big brother! Jr boasts a unique dual-loop design that allows continuous sample processing without interruption between samples like most manually loaded systems. By sounding an audible alert, PrepLinc™ GPC Jr lets the user know when the next sample can be loaded, without interrupting the current sample that is processing.

The PrepLinc SPEi from J2 Scientific accentuates our line of full-featured automated sample preparation instruments.
The SPEi system uses positive pressure for consistent flow sample to sample and run to run. The intuitive software and range of parameters make method development easy. Converting any manual SPE method to automated takes no time. Use the SPEi as a stand-alone automated SPE system or integrate with other PrepLinc modules, like the AccuVap Evaporation module or GPC Cleanup module for a completely automated sample prep system.

Adding an AccuVap Concentration Module to the PrepLinc System eliminates the need for a separate bulk evaporation step when combined with processes like SPE or GPC Cleanup. Choose from two models: AccuVap Inline or AccuVap FLX. Both offer concentration of solvent directly from another process (GPC or SPE), but the FLX also allows offline concentration.

The GPC Cleanup Module for PrepLinc performs cleanup of a wide range of sample matrices including foods, tissues, grains, plants and environmental samples such as soil, sludge, and hazardous waste for EPA (SW-846 Method 3640A), CLP, FDA, USDA and USDI analysis.

The column referenced in USEPA SW-846 Method 3640A. With a long bed of BioBeads S-X3 resin, the traditional column provides enough resolution to meet CLP requirements time after time. Up to one gram of lipid per sample can be loaded onto the column, making it useful for most matrices. Moveable plungers and a simple design make repacking easy and economical. While methylene chloride is the referenced solvent system, others are available for labs trying to limit chlorinated solvent waste.

A new column option that provides a faster run time and less solvent consumption for labs that do not have to meet CLP requirements. This smaller, repackable column still operates at low pressures for instruments that have pre-set pressure limits. Used in FDA and USDA labs, the Express™ column removes the bulk of lipids in fatty matrices prior to GC analysis. Up to 0.5 grams of lipid can be loaded per sample. By reducing time and solvent by one half, the Express™ column makes adding GPC cleanup to the prep routine cost effective.

Tissue and sediment samples contain lipids, polymers, resins and other high molecular weight compounds that interfere with GC/MS analysis of organic pollutants. Enviro-Sep-ABC size exclusion columns separate environmental samples on the basis of molecular size and provide a rapid, reliable and automated mechanism for the removal of interfering compounds.
