JADCO QT-PLUS - Wear Steel

QT-PLUS wear steel is an impact resistant steel with 2-3 times the wear life of commodity AR Wear Steel, while offering amazing ductility for a wide array of applications. Incredible through-hardness, with unprecedented formability. QT-PLUS® is cold formable with the proper equipment and material preparation. The material toughness allows it to be rolled or formed for almost any application. We recommend a minimum radius of 8T across the grain for plate thickness up to 2”. Please follow the outlined procedures to minimize cracking concerns.

JADCO - Viper Tools

JADCO Viper Tools are designed to provide maximum production and optimal tool holder protection against abrasive surfaces. Viper Tools have improved rotation to minimize carbide tip waste due to uneven wear in the field. JADCO’s carbide tip is enhanced for better penetration, and a longer lasting life.

JADCO HARDGUARD - Wear Steel Blocks

Wear Steel Blocks for the Harshest, Most Abrasive Operating Conditions. HARDGUARD provides unparalleled protection in a wide array of applications.

JADCO Duracorr - Model 300 - Corrosion Resistant Steel

Duracorr 300 Corrosion and Abrasion Resistant Wear Steel. JADCO Manufacturing is an approved reseller of Duracorr300. Duracorr300, is a low carbon, 12% chromium stainless steel which is produced to a nominal hardness of 300 BHN, for applications where both abrasion and corrosion resistance are required. Improved dent resistance is a strong attribute for Duracorr300 over the other stainless steels.

JADCO - Custom Screen Plates

Use a custom screen plate that is precise and reliable. Boasting an improved tonnage per screen, far less downtime, lower changeout costs, and utilizing our QT-PLUS® wear steel, JADCO screen plates will generate the highest return on wear investment in the industry.

JADCO FLEXWEAR - Tungsten Carbide Technology

FLEXWEAR uses a process called “infiltration brazing” to create a metallurgical bond between the substrate and the coating. FLEXWEAR is comprised of fine tungsten carbide particles suspended in a nickel matrix transported to the substrate by rolling the powders into a cloth like material that can be adhered to complex geometries. Typical hardness for JADCO FLEXWEAR is 70 HRC and the strongest bond >70,000psi. The hardness is an average of the tungsten carbide particles and the matrix they are suspended in. This lightweight wear protection has a higher temperature resistance than 304 stainless steel.

JADCO - Model RAZOR TUFF 500 - Wear Steel

RAZOR TUFF 500 wear steel delivers a superior impact and abrasion resistance in even the most demanding operating conditions As a JADCO 500 BHN wear steel , RT500 is intended for applications requiring a combination of high abrasion resistance but yet maintain weldability. Available in 1/8” or 3/16” thicknesses, it is produced to achieve a fine-grain and clean microstructure with low levels of non-metallic inclusions.
