A liquid nitriding plant, also known as a liquid nitriding system or liquid nitrocarburizing system, is a specialized industrial facility used for the process of liquid nitriding. Liquid nitriding is a surface hardening technique applied to steel and other ferrous alloys to improve their wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and fatigue strength. The process involves immersing the components in a liquid bath containing a nitriding or nitrocarburizing salt solution. The process takes place at elevated temperatures, typically between 500°C and 650°C, in a controlled atmosphere. The liquid bath introduces nitrogen and carbon into the surface of the components, forming hard, wear-resistant nitrides and carbonitrides.

Jagannath - Coatings
There are 5 types of coatings that we produce and sell, they are Refcote, Holecote, Ladle Cote, Mastic, Chalk Powder. Refcote is a water-based refractory coating for aluminum extrusion billet casting. This coating is recommended for cleaning and hot bench lining and DC casting. The coating creates a non-wet refractory layer that prevents the molten aluminum from solidifying and provides good flow. Holecote is a water-based coating for aluminum extrusion billet casting. The coating creates a non-wet refractory coating that prevents the molten aluminum from sticking as it flows through the washer. The application area of Holecote is the same as Refcote.

Magnesium Removal (MGR) refers to a process used in the production of aluminum alloys to reduce the magnesium content in the molten metal. It is an important step in refining the composition of aluminum alloys to meet specific requirements for different applications. Sometimes during the production of aluminum alloy billets from scrap aluminum, the magnesium content can be higher than expected. The presence of this high level of magnesium can reduce the extrudability of aluminum extruded profiles or profiles, resulting in bad products and bad products.
