Scrap Management Service

As a metal-processing company, it’s our challenge to reduce the amount of production waste. And so to deploy residual waste flows as directly as possible as a secondary raw material for smelters. Jansen Recycling Group plays a leading role in this for ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Our role starts directly at the source, so that your production process runs optimally. We give you complete peace of mind and that cutting edge versus your competitors. With internal custom logistical solutions, transparency in material valuation and risk management. We care for our business relations.

Ferrous Service

Light Iron Ferrous Service

Light iron is material originating from waste collection facilities or waste processors, and others. The thickness varies from 1 to 6 mm. Light iron often has residues of rubber, wood or plastic stuck to it.

Shearing Ferrous Service

There are various different types of shearing. The thickness is the primary measure of the quality the iron is classified under. The thickness of shearing is a maximum of 6 mm. The material may be alloyed. Mechanical parts are permitted.

Non-Ferrous Materials Service

Aluminium Non-Ferrous Materials Service

Jansen Recycling Group processes and trades all types of aluminium scrap: sheet aluminium, cast aluminium, profiles, rims, swarf and offset plates, but also aluminium film. Aluminium is a relatively soft, generally silver-coloured non-ferrous metal. It may also have been painted or varnished. It is a very commonly used metal in many different industries, mostly because it is lightweight, strong and easy to shape. The price paid for the various types of aluminium depends on the quality, the aluminium price quoted on the London Metal Exchange and certainly also on current market conditions.

Copper Non-Ferrous Materials Service

Jansen Recycling Group processes and trades all types of copper: red mixed copper, old copper pipes, copper wire from overhead cables, granulate copper and copper coolers, but also new kinds of waste such as electrolytic copper strips, tubes or bars.
