These slide gates are directly mounted on the face of the wall and are used to isolate flow in and out of a conduit. They are suitable for 6 m seating and unseating head up to 600 x 600 mm size and 6 m seating and 3 m unseating head for higher sizes up to 1200x1200 mm.

Short length / open top frame provided with short Length extension guides sufficient to engage at least half the overall vertical height of slide / door when the gate is full open. Slide sufficiently ribbed to suit the applicable water head and designed to suit rising stem requirement. Slide provided with integral pocket to house threaded stem connecting block connecting the slide with the stem.

These open channel slide gates are used to isolate flowwithin as well as in and out of an open channel. These are suitable for seating water head and are provided with sealing arrangement on 3 sides only and not on top side and so the height of water should always be less than the height of slide.

Bulkhead gates are a cost-effective way for dewatering channels. They are large fabricated gates used to close the waterway for maintenance of the downstream equipment in most cases. These gates are custom designed for specific applications in almost any size. Stacking gates also permits flow control for larger openings. The term bulkhead gate can be used to describe what is essentially very large slide gate or to describe a device used like stop logs but providing significantly fewer handling iterations. Bulkhead gates are usually installed and removed under balanced head conditions. In case if it is not possible to fill downstream area to achieve balance head condition, Bulkhead gate will be designed for crack opening considering higher operating capacity of lifting mechanism.

Manual bar screen with vertical flat bars spaced apart is used to prevent large and medium floating wastes from travelling further into the screening chamber. These are generally installed at the upstream of Mechanical bar screen as well as a standby to the mechanical bar screen. Cleaning of screen has to be done manually with the help of manual rake comb provided with the screen. Manual screen can be provided either as fixed type or removable type.

Trash rack with vertical flat bars spaced apart is used to prevent large floating wastes from travelling further into intake structure, pumping station and treatment plants. Depending upon water height and handling capability either a single rack or multiple racks stacked over each other can be used for this application. Cleaning of trash rack has to be done manually after mechanically lifting the rack up to operating platform using crane.

Jet Breaker washer compactor is ideal for washing, compacting and safely disposing of screenings / waste using a continuous bagging unit. It is installed after belt / screw conveyor such that the waste coming from the conveyor falls into the inlet portion of Jet Breaker. The waste is then transported via a shafted screw conveyor to washing zone where high pressure water jets are used to remove fecal waste that may have come along with the screened waste. The washed waste is then subsequently transferred to an elephant trunk shape outlet tube where it compacts by pushing of waste upward in to the outlet tube.

Screw conveyor with wash compactor is ideal for non- hazardous transport, washing & compaction of waste / screenings removed by screens with a view to recover carbon content & reduce order from waste and reduce the volume to achieve lower transportation cost and area required for landfill. It is installed behind the screens such that the waste coming from the discharge chute falls into the inlet portion of conveyor. The waste is then gradually transported via a shaftless screw conveyor to washing zone where high pressure water jets are used to remove fecal waste that may have come along with the screened waste. The washed waste is then subsequently compacted within a compaction zone so as to reduce the water content and the volume of the waste. This compacted waste comes out of the discharge hatch and is then transported for further disposal.
