JCS - Model 420-C - Cylinder Mounted Regulator
The JCS Industries Model 420-Cylinder Mounted Regulator is designed for years of safe and reliable service. Incorporated into the robust design and machined front and back bodies, internal (Non-latching) switching mechanism, internal pressure relief vent and a non-metallic inlet valve assembly. The Model 420-C Vacuum Regulator can be either direct ton cylinder mounted or installed on multiple cylinder pressure headers. The JCS Model 420-C operates as a pressure reducing valve to transfer gas under pressure to gas under vacuum within the chemical feed system.
JCS - Model 420-T - Ton Mounted Vacuum Regulator
The JCS Industries Model 420-T Ton Mounted Vacuum Regulator is designed for years of safe and reliable service. JCS - Model 420-INJ - Chemical Injector
The JCS Industries Model 420-INJ Chemical Injector is designed to easily and safely deliver chemical into the water supply using an existing water line. The Model 420-INJ Chemical Injector operates using vacuum by utilizing the venturi effect, which is a byproduct of water flow though the system. The injector will only function when there is sufficient water pressure in the unit and will only function when the system is operating.

JCS - Model 4700 - Electronic Cylinder Scale
The JCS Industries Model 4700 Electronic Cylinder Scale is designed for years of safe continuous use for weighing 150 pound compressed gas cylinders. The low profile 1.5" 316 stainless steel heavy gauge platform allows for ease of loading while the formed, three sided curb aids in proper alignment. The Model 4700 scale also incorporates a unique hidden hinge design to allow personnel to lift and completely remove the platform for easy cleaning. The Model 4700 can be set up for single or dual cylinder operation with independent analog outputs as well as adjustable outputs for accurate and reliable operations.
JCS - Model 4710 - Electronic Ton Cylinder Scale
The JCS Model 4710 Electronic Ton Cylinder Scale is designed for years of safe continuous use for weighing 2,000 pound compressed cylinders. The low profile 2.5" Epoxy coated tubular steel frame coupled with UHMW poly-ethylene rollers allows for positioning and rotating the container with ease. The rolled tubular design eliminates angular edge hazards. The Model 4710 can be set up in a single or dual independent configuration capable of dedicated analog and digital outputs for monitoring and alarm conditions.
JCS - Model 4720 - Electronic Platform Scale
The JCS Model 4720 Electronic Platform Scale is designed for years of safe, continuous use for weighing 8,000 pound compressed cylinders. The low profile 3" Stainless Steel platform is protected by a textured Polane finish. The load cells, leveling feet, and hardware are all stainless steel. There are four standard sizes plus customizable versions available. The Model 4720 can be set up in a single or dual independent configuration capable of dedicated analog and digital outputs for monitoring and alarm conditions.

JCS Robo Control - Model RC - Emergency Shut-off Actuators
The Model RC is an actuator that REMOTELY CLOSES the valve on compressed gas cylinders such as chlorine, sulfur dioxide and ammonia cylinders and ton containers. The actuator is battery-operated with an electric motor that rotates the valve stem towards the closed position for alignment, tests and remote operation. The actuator is designed to mount without interfering with cylinder mounted hardware such as chlorinators, regulators etc. No yoke modifications or additional adapters are required. The motor, gears and controls are assembled as one unit.
JCS Robo Control - Model RC-TVR - Emergency Shut-off Actuators
The range of actuators developed by ROBO CONTROL offers solutions for remote valve operation on compressed gas cylinders, including those containing chlorine, sulfur dioxide, and ammonia. These battery-operated devices feature electric motors that manipulate valve stems to align, test, and execute remote actions. Notably, the actuators are designed to fit seamlessly on existing infrastructure without requiring hardware modifications such as yokes or additional adapters. The JCS Industries Model 4100 Liquid Vacuum Chemical Feeder is for operations that require high efficiency, accuracy, control and safety. The Model 4100 will feed numerous aqueous chemicals commonly used in municipal and industrial water treatment systems, i.e, sodium hypochlorite, sodium bisulfate, aluminum sulfate, ammonium sulfate, acids, sodium hydroxide, non-oxidizing biocides, scale and corrosion inhibitors.
JCS - Model 4100-LC - Large Capacity Liquid Vacuum Feeder
The JCS Industries Model 4100-LC Liquid Vacuum Chemical Feeder is for operations that require high efficiency, accuracy, control and safety. The Model 4100-LC will feed numerous aqueous chemicals commonly used in municipal and industrial water treatment systems, i.e, sodium hypochlorite, sodium bisulfate, aluminum sulfate, ammonium sulfate, acids, sodium hydroxide, non-oxidizing biocides, scale and corrosion inhibitors. The system is comprised of a vacuum injector to safely introduce the liquid into the feed-water stream: a reversing servo motor coupled with a V-notch valve to regulate the chemical feed rate; an electronic flow sensor to monitor and regulate the feed rate; and a control module for complete electronic control and communications.
