Glass Photomasks - Chrome Photomasks
3 inch Chrome Photomask
BASE MATERIAL: Available on Soda Lime glass with a low reflective chrome pattern etched onto the surface. The chrome material, when viewed from the top surface, will have an oxide layer (CrO) to reduce light reflections. This product is also available on a quartz substrate if required, and other materials as a special order product. See SPECIFICATIONS for further technical details.

Vision Calibration Charts - Resolution Targets
Model SL7 USAF 1951 - Test Target
A resolution test pattern conforming to MIL-STD-150A standard, set by US Air Force in 1951. It is still widely accepted as the default pattern to test the resolving power of optical imaging systems such as microscopes, cameras and image scanners. The pattern consists of groups of three bars (small Ronchi rulings) with dimensions from big to small. The largest bar the imager cannot discern accurately is the limitation of its resolving power.
Model SL11 - Siemens Star Test Target
A Siemens star is a device used to test the resolution of an Optical instrument. It consists of a pattern of bright "spokes" on a dark background that radiate from a common center and become wider as they get further from it. It is used to identify the aberration of the optical system - determining the resolution of an optical system by noting how close to the center of the pattern an optical system is able to resolve adjacent bars
Machine Calibration Charts
Machine Calibration Plate - 7 Inch
CALIBRATION PLATE: This is a precision machine calibration plate containing a series of dots placed very accurately in precise locations, whose position can be captured by camera or video and relayed back to the system drive to ensure that the machine guides/drives/rails are correctly calibrated for position. The dots are placed on a multiple of a 25mm grid, making it easy to calculate any discrepancies found after calibrating. Each grid will be supplied with then excel spreadsheet giving the positions. The dots are imaged in low reflective chrome pattern - which is hard and durable and allows for regular cleaning of the plate. the colour of the chrome depends on which base material you require. Each plate type has a pattern of 4 different size, allowing for different resolution camera`s to capture them at different zoom levels.
