ZL series are designed for broad applications spectrum covering dairies, foods, beverages, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, bakeries, detergents, liquors, chemical industries and LCD/PDP manufacturing etc. They are designed specifically for conveying fluids in the low to high viscosity range with gentle product handling.

ZP series have same hydraulic and dimensional characteristics with U2 series, so, ZP series are compatible with U2 series. Compact seal design is key feature to make smooth operation even at high discharge pressure. Bearing oil seal made of stainless steel has corrosion-resistance so, it ensures longer life time even under the harsh cleaning condition.

JCP series offer a number of features that maximize cleanability, and it is approved of EHEDG and 3-A authorization. Precision casted casing and compact seal system extend seal life, which minimizes down time of system. External balanced Front Loading Seal extends seal life and easy to maintenance.

JEP series have been designed to eliminate problems with vibration, short bearing life, high NPSH requirements, high seal maintenance costs and poor tolerance to averse operating conditions. Streamlined in-outlet volute channel minimize noise level, maximize efficiency by unique designed volute case. JRZS series of Twin-Screw Pumps were newly developed with very unique “One piece with large radius corner screw case” design, very compact “Front loaded self-balanced mechanical sealing system”, “Fully drainable front cover” and “Integral geared adaptor with B5, 4pole motor directly coupled”. It is the only one in field of the “Twin Screw Pumps”!

JABSCO Hy~Line+ Rotary Lobe pumps are robust, durable pumps designed for long life in demanding applications. Modular construction, using interchangeable ports and feet, enables the production of horizontal or vertical pumps with a wide range of seal, port and rotor configurations on short lead times.

Fully self-draining pump head: no hold-up of process liquid or cleaning agents. Rapid de-contamination and product change-over. External rotor fixing - no internal crevices. Low-carbon 316L stainless-steel for maximum corrosion resistance. Hygienic seal ring for all static seals instead of O rings. Shaft seal design combines highest levels of containment with total product draining, no cavities, and front access for easy inspection and fast maintenance. Standard surface finish: 0.8µm (150 grit), with 0.5µ (240 grit) and electropolish options. Optional steam/sterile fluid barriers on joints and front cover sealing, for true aseptic processes.
