Jim Engineering - Model GPH - General Purpose Lab Ovens
GP general purpose ovens are efficient and cost-effective with excellent reliability. They are equally good at most general heating, drying and general laboratory or light industrial applications. Basic ovens have thermostat control making them ideal for education establishments such as schools and colleges. GPH models come in sizes from 50 to 250 litres. These all have side mounted controls. This makes them more easily stackable and also lends them to modifying to applications where top or bottom entry for equipment is required.
Jim Engineering - Model GPIS - Dual Range Lab Ovens
The GPIS Dual Range Oven/Incubators combine the advantage of two temperature ranges in one cost-effective unit. Based on our GP standard ovens the controller can beset to cover the ranges of 30°C to 100°C and 30°C to 250°C at the flick of a switch. These models are ideal for schools and colleges as well as being perfect in the textile industry.
Jim Engineering - Wax Melting Lab Ovens
Often referred to as ‘wax ovens’ these cabinets are widely used in histology departments in hospitals, industry and universities. Because they will get messy with the wax they are kept basic, having coated steel chambers with adjustable shelves and a dial temperature control system. A dial overheat safety cut out is always included. A drip tray is supplied to try to minimise any mess.
Jim Engineering - Model HDV and HDH - Heavy Duty Lab Ovens
Our industrial ovens are efficient and cost-effective with excellent reliability. Available as single door (HDV) and double door (HDH) models they are robust and heavy duty. Attention to airflow design makes them control well within NADCAP / AMS2750 specifications, mostly to Class 1 (uniformity of ±3°C) with larger sizes to Class 2 (uniformity of ±6°C) design.
