A gravity roller conveyor runs without the need of a motor. The conveyor rollers transport the products either manually when horizontal or by its own weight when the conveyor is on an incline. Length, width and pitch are dependent on customer`s requirements as we have various sizes and pitches of rollers depending on load, weights and working conditions. Gravity roller track can be used for boxes, parcels, tote pans, pallets, boards, sections, bricks, sacks (tightly packed) and other components with flat bottoms or two straight edges. Unfortunately gravity roller track is not suitable for items with feet. We can design and manufacture a new roller conveyor system exactly to your needs.

Skatewheel conveyors are perfect for unloading trucks, used with assembly line work or moving material from one point to another. Skatewheel conveyors can move boxes, cartons and packages efficiently and quickly. but are not suitable for items with holes in the base i.e. pallets etc. Skatewheel is normally set at a decline so that items can roll under their own weight or set horizontally for manual operation.
