For all customers who have no own permanently installed cleaning system, HNW Cleaning Solutions will be pleased to take over the cleaning of the air-cooled heat interchangers. We offer a complete cleaning service. The plant operator does not need to do anything, apart from provision of water and current supply.

On customers request we carry out the complete installation as well as commissioning of the cleaning systems or delegate a supervisor, who instructs the customers personnel on installation and commissioning of the cleaning system worldwide. In addition, after commissioning we train the customers personnel on the operation of the system on-site.

JNW CleaningSolutions offers a fully maintenance service and ensures the supply of all required spare parts. The plant user does not need to worry about anything, he can be sure that he always has a ready-to-use and fully functional cleaning system.

An increasing differential pressure in filter bag systems is a clear sign that filter media are clogged and shall be cleaned. This can be caused by various factors. Changing the stressed filter media is usually associated with a cost-intensive production stop and downtimes.

The cleaning procedure for vertically installed filter bags or cartridges in built-in condition (filter bags and supporting cages do not have to be dismantled) ensures efficient, thorough and safe removal of surface and deep dust. The complete filter bag is cleaned from top to bottom very gently and evenly. This enables us to achieve a constant cleaning result over its entire length.
