Jog - Model CSTR - Digester Technology

We offer the design and construction of completely wet mixed Digesters. These Digesters work at a low total solids-content and can be used as main Digesters, or as post-Digesters. JOG uses this type of technology for All type of Biodegradable Waste and clean and wet organic feedstock such as energy crops, agro-industrial residues or food waste. The JOG-CSTR is a continuously stirred Digester with Biogas storage on Top.

Jog - Biogas Slurry Feeding Screw Pumps

If you need to move Biogas slurry at a constant rate, the answer could be to use a positive displacement pump. This type of equipment is able to handle viscous Biogas fluids more efficiently than some other types of pump. The Progressing Cavity Pump can also deal with high dry matter content media (up to 10-12 %). With conventional rotary piston pumps this would not be possible (max. 9 % dry matter content). Despite the strong performance, the pump runs very quietly. We are very satisfied.”

Jog - Digonal / Inclined Side Entry type Agitator/Mixer

Digonal/Inclined Side Entry type Agitators/Mixer are specially designed to work in the aggressive/ harsh  environment inside the Digester, with the propellers manufactured with the help of special tools that ensure millimetre angle accuracy blade after blade. Electric motor-driven mixers are designed for work in the explosion hazard environments of EX Zone 1 or EX Zone 2. All components, including the sealing membrane (Gastight) for drive Shaft, are UV-resistant. The propeller mixer is fitted from the outside. Propeller mixer is supported by two top links or optionally by rack-and-pinion jack and can be set step-lessly to any angle of inclination. Drive shaft, propeller and sealing plate are made of stainless steel.

Jog - Horizontal Solid Liquid Separator

The Horizontal Separator is utilized for separation of digested processed biomass into solid and liquid parts included into the basic equipment of the Biogas plant. Separator parts are made of corrosion- and abrasion-resistant steel. The Digestate is either gravity fed or is fed to the loading chamber by means of pumps through a supply branch pipe. From the loading chamber Digestate is fed to the separator by the use of a varied pitch auger made of abrasion-resistant steel. Fluid and strong divisions are isolated by methods for weight and filtration in the separator. Liquid and solid fractions are separated by means of pressure and filtration in the separator. Liquid fraction is poured out through an emptying fixture secured to the accumulator tank. Solid fraction with the help of an unloaded leaves the separator and is accumulated in a bin.
