Jogler - Magnetic Level Gauge
JMG Magnetic Level Gauges are a safe, economical way to measure and control level through a wide range of process pressures, temperatures, and fluids. Each component of the JMG (chamber, float, and indicator) has been engineered to improve on existing designs to ensure reliable, maintenance-free operation right out of the crate. The JMG can be coupled with an MGT magnetostrictive level transmitter and/or any Jogler level switch to provide control outputs configured to specific customer needs.
Jogler - External Level Chamber
JXC External Chambers are custom configurable ASME compliant pressure vessels for use with many different types of instruments including ILT Magnetostrictive Level Transmitters, Guided Wave Radars, Capacitance probes, Tuning Fork switches, and others. The JXC is custom engineered to mate with new or existing customer piping and instruments to allow for hassle-free installations with minimal in-field fabrication.
Magnetostrictive Level Transmitters (MGT / ILT)
Jogler - Magnetostrictive Level Transmitter
The MGT-6000 Magnetostrictive Level Transmitter is a loop powered non-contact level measurement device that is mounted externally to a magnetic level gauge. Utilizing the magnetostrictive principle and time-of-flight calculations allow the MGT-6000 to provide a fast and accurate measurement of float position and, ultimately, liquid level in the gauge. Vibration-isolating elastomeric bushings ensure continuous operation in high vibration services.
Jogler - Magnetic Level Switch
The Jogler JS-10/JS-30 Series switches are magnetically actuated point level switches. The JS-10 (1 amp) and JS-30 (3 amp) can be configured as a SPDT or DPDT and are available in a “flying lead” configuration (no enclosure), an epoxy-coated Aluminum enclosure, or a 316 stainless steel enclosure. The JS-10 is a low power switch best suited for DCS or PLC inputs. The JS-30 is a high power switch used to actuate larger relays and solenoid valves. The JS-10/JS-30 switches re non-intrusive level switches that require no contact with the process fluid and have no wetted parts
Point Level Switches
Jogler - Magnetic Point Level Switch
The JS-10 (1 amp) and JS-30 (3 amp) switches are magnetically actuated point level switches for use with magnetic liquid level indicators. Magnetic coupling through the chamber wall keeps these switches isolated from process fluid and pressure, allowing setpoints to be adjusted on the fly.
Jogler - Pneumatic Level Switch
The JP-450 is a magnetically actuated “no bleed” pneumatic point level switch for use with magnetic liquid level indicators. Magnetic coupling through the chamber wall keeps the switch isolated from process fluid and pressure, allowing setpoints to be adjusted on the fly. Two JP-450’s can be coupled with a JPLR latching relay to give plug-and-play dump/fill valve control (see JP-450 data sheet).

The LLT-1000 LIDAR Level Transmitter is a non-contact, laser based instrument that measures the level of dry solids and opaque liquids in silos, tanks, hoppers, and other vessels. 4-20mA and relay outputs give the LLT-1000 the flexibility to be used in various control schemes.
