Tinnelly Demolition, a division of John Tinnelly & Sons Ltd, has been successfully and safely carrying out major demolition and dismantling contracts since its foundation some 40 years ago. Founded by John Tinnelly in 1959, the company is still family owned and professionally managed under the guidance of Patrick Tinnelly (Snr).

Building on over 20 years of experience in the field of asbestos abatement the division addresses the increasing demand for solutions for the management of asbestos and hazardous materials. Services include asbestos surveys and bulk sampling; condition reports; risk assessments; management; removal; and fabric and component reinstatement.

Tinnelly Recycling, established 1973, focuses on the recycling of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The company also has a salvage yard located at its head office in Newry, Co. Down, providing for the reuse of reclaimed building materials.
