Johnson March Systems, Inc. products
Johnson March - Chemical Feed Systems
Chemical Feed Systems generally consist of a steel base “skid” which a chemical storage tank and pumps are mounted too which then Feed or “Inject”, “Dose” chemicals into the process at a precise rate. There is an endless list of chemicals and applications these are used for such as phosphates for boiler water control, sodium hypochlorite for bio-fouling in a cooling tower, polymers for collecting and settling solids, etc.
Johnson March - Steam and Water Sample Panel
Sample Panels are used to monitor and maintain proper chemistry within the process by taking samples of water, steam and other fluids to analyze for levels of pH, conductivity, silica, sodium, etc. The results of these readings are fed to the plants control center so the process can be adjusted and proper chemical treatment maintained with the goal of normalizing results of the analysis.
Johnson March - Chlorination Systems
Customers require Chlorination Systems to protect their equipment and water from bio-fouling. There are four primary system types that customers utilize to achieve this end. The first is a hypochlorite injection system which takes liquid hypochlorite and injects it into the water, this is typically used in cooling tower equipment.
Johnson March - Dust Suppression Systems
Many heavy industries require the handling of bulk materials such as coal, ore, limestone and others which can release many airborne particulates into the air which can cloud a workers view and be harmful if inhaled. We fabricate spray systems that are used to mitigate these airborne particulates.
Johnson March - Air Quality Control Systems
The burning of fossil fuels emits harmful emissions such as nitrogen oxides (NOx). All new power generation plants require a Selective Catalytic Reduction System (SCR) be installed at the power plant to reduce these emissions. A key component is the Ammonia System which feeds ammonia into the SCR so that NOx can be turned into water vapor, a harmless emission.
Johnson March - Electrochlorination Systems
Remote Locations: The costs of continuously transporting containers of hypochlorite back and forth to site in a remote area can make on-site generated Chlorination a more economical option.
