The mobile unit can be adjusted flexibly to your production line. You can deploy this unit wherever dust or skins need to be extracted. The unit can be connected to  one or two extraction nozzles in your production line. This wheeled unit can also be moved to another location quite easily and it produces little noise. The dust is collected in plastic bags, which are part of the initial delivery. The PGF filter system is used to extract agricultural dust (no skins). The unit consists of a silent high-efficiency fan and filters that are cleaned fully automatically, using compressed air to ensure that the PGF maintains its suction force. The 100% clean, filtered air is returned to the room, ensuring that no heat is lost. If required, the dust can be collected in small rolling skips or in a large tilting skip. The PGF series is available with several extraction capacities to provide matching solutions for all situations.

Working in a dust-free environment; that`s a breath of fresh air! Overpressure is created to remove the dust from the breathing zone without air whirls occurring. The dust is pushed down like an `air blanket`. Fresh outside air is filtered and then heated so that  you can work comfortably in clean air at a pleasant temperature.

The PGKF filter system was developed for large agricultural companies to extract dust and skins. This unit consists of several silent extraction fans and filters that are cleaned automatically, using compressed air to maintain an optimum suction force. The capacity can be adjusted variably and is automatically regulated to your requirements. A special chain is located in the lower sections of this system. This chain ensures that the extracted waste is taken to  one point where it is deposited into a waste box or a compactor. The filtered air is 100% clean and can be returned to the room. This prevents heat from being lost and it saves energy. Several varieties of the PGKF chain are available.

A special fan extracts the dust and the husks and blows them into the cyclone. The Cyclone is an ideal system to separate dust and skins from the air. The waste is discharged from the bottom of the cyclone, into the waste box. If a cellular wheel sluice is installed under the cyclone, the waste can also be discharged onto a conveyor. The filtered air, which is 95% clean, is discharged overhead, through the flue. The cyclone is made from sendzimir galvanised sheet steel and lasts  many years. The cyclone frame is hot-dip galvanised. Several types and different extraction capacities are available.

This unit is designed for stationary installation and is highly suitable for extracting dust and skins. The unit can be connected to extraction nozzles and dust hoods in your production line. It is provided with automatic filter cleaning so that you do not have to worry about that. Furthermore, this unit produces very little noise.
