EcoFilter is a flexible, cost effective, self-cleaning conveyor and chip filtration system for turning and machining centers.  It easily fits existing small to midsize machining center and lathe envelopes. EcoFilter® conveyors accommodate a broad coolant flow rate range via flexible filter cell sizing. They provide efficient filtration of fine chips to 200-micron nominal, resulting in improved part finish and accuracy. EcoFilter works well on its own or makes a great initial filtration option. It integrates especially well with FlexFiltration systems.

The MunchMan’s unique stacked conveyor arrangement easily manages heavy chip loads of long stringy chips, and nested balls of chips that overwhelm standard chip conveyors. Ideally suited for turning and milling applications, MunchMan greatly reduces or eliminates conveyor jamming problems. This reduction in expensive machine tool downtime results in a fast return on your investment.

FlexForce is Jorgensen’s high-pressure coolant system for through-spindle coolant (TSC) applications. It dramatically outperforms ordinary flood systems. The FlexForce increases productivity, improves part accuracy and surface finishes.

FlexFiltration systems are modular coolant filtration solutions combining pre-engineered modules to fit a wide variety of coolant filtration applications. They efficiently remove fine chips and grinding sludge to achieve coolant clarity down to 10 microns or less. All Jorgensen and SFH centrifuges are designed for continuous use and low maintenance. Automatic cleaning, via a compressed air system, to eliminate blockages in the bowl slots is optional to further reduce maintenance.

The new PermaClean coolant tank accessory eliminates sludge and drastically reduces maintenance costs. Coolant tanks equipped with PermaClean are virtually maintenance free and significantly reduce the labor required for frequent tank cleaning.
